LifeLately: June

Hey guys! Happy Thursday eve to you- the weekend is so close! Just popping in to share some scenes from life lately which quickly reminded me of how blessed I've been to spend time with my closest friends and family! One of new favorite spots during the week: the Fuse Factory. It's a non profit co-working space where I've been able to meet with my life coaching clients. The space is so open and calming, with great views of downtown Mobile. I love it.

I was able to visit one of my best friends Victoria in June to host a baby shower for her. We've been friends since our freshman year in college (12yrs!) and I'm so thankful to have found her. Times have changed from dance parties to baby showers but we remain the closest of friends.

I can't wait to meet Baby Borges and see her as a mom!!

We ended our over indulgence of cake and cookies with some hot yoga and I forgot just how much I love it! The studio at Highland Yoga in Atlanta was so nice and the teacher was one of my favorite yoga teachers- encouraging and challenging.

Also on the friend focus, my good friend Becca had her 30th birthday and we all celebrated the night away at Chucks downtown. It was such a fun night with a great group of girls!

Last but not least, my best friend since we were in middle school- Kristen came to visit! Along with her husband Stevie and two sweet boys Everett and Daxton. It was so fun to have her here and show her around my nook of life. I just have the greatest time with her and enjoy our long talks over coffee about life and all that entails. We have remained eternal lovers of Gilmore Girls, Twizzlers and Stacys Cinnamon Pita Chips. (Photo by

Darin got to soak up baby time and it was just the cutest watching him interact with them.

Tropical storm Cindy (what a b) flooded our area of town. Our dock was completely covered and everyone in town acted like the world was coming to an end.

This spring was spent planning Make-A-Wish Alabamas first dodgeball tournament and we had a great time and turnout to raise money for the kids!

My dad hand crafted this farmhouse table and I love it! It's in our booth at White House Antiques if you are in the market :)

Last but not least I was able to spend 4 days at Orange Beach with my family! My brother and niece came down from Virginia Beach, my sister and her family came down from Atlanta along with my parents. We had such a relaxing time and it was great to spend time with everyone.

I have this thing for sand dollars. I look for them every time I go to the beach and I never find them! This one morning my mom and I went searching for shells and I found all these in a few moments! It made me happy.

Overall June was an amazing month filled with so many cherished friends and family, I feel full. See you soon with some health tips!
