Motivation Monday: Meal Plans & HIIT Workout

Good morning! I hope you had a fun weekend! We had plans Wed-Fri night so Saturday we laid low and enjoyed a movie and home cooked meal. I have been eating out way too much and am looking forward to eating healthy this week. Our healthy meal plan for the week:

Breakfasts: PaleOMG Easy Breakfast Casserole

Lunches: Chicken Burrito Bowls


Monday & Tuesday: Crockpot White Chicken Chili

Wednesday & Thursday: Zucchini Noodles with Spaghetti Sauce (recipe to come)

Friday-Sunday: ATL for the weekend!

On the fitness front in addition to the gym, I did (2) at home workouts this weekend. I used to be bad about not working out if I couldn't make it to the gym but you can get an awesome work out right in your bedroom! This workout doesn't require weights but you could add them for more of a challenge.

24 Minute HIIT Workout

You will need a timer for this: I use the Bit Timer from the app store- its free! You will set your timer for 4 minutes: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8x. This will mean you complete the High Knees for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds before moving onto Sumo Squat Jumps and doing the same. Repeat this sequence with Burpees and Jumping Jacks then repeat 1x before you move to the next group of Abs.


If you don't have time you can always do it 1x total for 12 minutes :)
